SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES


  • MCHS workspace issues (Google Education) - Visit room 108 to see Jhonny for quick resolution of any problems related to the school's workspace systems and applications.(Google Education)

  • Email problems - For MCHS email-related concerns including login issues, missing messages, or configuration problems, Jhonny in room 108 can provide immediate assistance.

  • Google Drive issues - Any difficulties with accessing, sharing, or managing files in Google Drive can be resolved quickly by visiting Jhonny in room 108.

  • MCHS Website - If a link is not working or any correction need to be made on the school website, www.mchslic.org please make Jhonny aware of it so that it can quickly be resolved.

  • For instant support - New feature is just added on the school's website in order for parents to receive faster resolve. Google Chat box

  • Printer/Internet/laptops/Chromebook - Any difficulties with printers, internet connectivity, DOE/MCHS Chromebook, see Jhonny in room 108.

  • Wireless printing - MCHS will soon have 4 wireless printing capability mobile carts. Purpose of mobile stations: Teachers can safely take a mobile cart completely equip with laptops to work in the hallway.

  • Student Print Stations - Students are able to print using their phone in room 108 or 116. They can also borrow a laptop from room 108, Jhonny's office. Note: Students are not allowed to use their phone in the hallway, they must be in the room to print.

  • DOE staff and students email - To help reset both students and staff email from the DOE drop by to see Jhonny in room 108.

  • JumpRope - Any difficulties with students and parents login, syncing, see Jhonny in room 108. Parents in need of instruction in Spanish to login, see Kristy, the parent coordinator in room 101. For data inaccuracy, see Enock in room 105C.

  • Stars Client/Classroom/Oesis/Sasixp - Help with students transcript, historical data from both Stars or old Sasi data, see Enock in room 105C
